Refunds will be issued 7 days after receiving of items at your cost.

Products must be in original packaging and proof of purchase provided.

Please notify us immediately when receiving a damaged or faulty product with pictures and we will give instructions on how to proceed.

Replacements will take 7 days after receiving damaged or faulty products for review at our cost.

Damaged or faulty items will be replaced with the exact same product.

Used products are not returnable.

Missing items via courier will be investigated and a eligible claim will be processed.
